Montulet & Partners B.V. ("we", "us", or "our") develops and maintains the PocketPass application (the "Application").
This webpage discloses our policies regarding the collection, disclosure, and use of personal data when you use our Application.
In a nutshell, we do not collect or share personal information. The Application will only locally store your password archive.
While using our Application, we will never ask you to provide us with any personal information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data").
The Application saves your personal password archive to your mobile device. Optionally, if you choose to use biometric authentication, your masterpassword is securely stored on your mobile device in the secure environment provided by the operating system.
Your password archive can be exported to an external application for backup purposes. However, we will never ask you to export, share or send us your Personal Data or password archive, nor will we ever ask you for your master password.
When sharing your Personal Data with others or back up purposes, we have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any used third party sites or applications.
Since we have no access to your Personal Data, we can not provide anyone with your Personal Data.
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. This also applies to exporting or sharing any Personal Data from within the Application. We recognize industry standards and employ security safeguards to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access and misuse.
If a reply to the support request is necessary, we store the email address until our correspondence has concluded. Immediately after the correspondence has ended, all data will be anonymised and any Personal Data will be removed.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. This page will reflect our current Privacy Policy.
The update log will contain a notification if the Privacy Policy changes.
You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

We are not responsible for the misuse of the Application or the encrypted files. We will never ask you for your master password, nor will we ever ask you to send us your encrypted files. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
